Clean your filter every two weeks by rinsing it with a hose. Drain and refill the entire tub every three to four months depending on how much you use it.

Once you get the rhythm, it becomes second nature.At 104°F (the max), limit yourself to 15–20 minutes. At 100–102°F, you're safe for 30 minutes or longer. Most people find 20–30 minutes is the sweet spot for relaxation without overdoing it. If you have any health concerns, check with your doctor first.
